We provide an electronic information system (eRMA) so that our customers can properly check the processing status of their service case at any time. Your questions askes are answered reliably with the help of the information system. You always have a complete picture of your case and profit from the 100% reliability of our service.
Therefore please register immediately for an account in the Advantech Membership system at the following link:

By means of your login data, please start your repair request under the tab “Request”, with stating the serial number of your device. The system then generates your RMA number, as well as the accompanying receipt (printout). Please add this supplement when returning the repair device to our new service center.
From now on, please follow this procedure for all your repair cases.
